3 Day/2 Night Tours (Timing Flexible)
Mrs. Wonderful announces a 3-day / 2-night tour for those of you who have just a few days to give to their Napa experience or want to add a few days to an already planned trip, This fabulous tour is customized for you and your group and we will work directly with you to determine the best dates. This shorter tour is ideal for a group of friends and/or couples who want a two night stay in Napa while enjoying the Mrs. Wonderful’s custom experience of the best food, wine and culture. Minimum 2 guests - maximum 12 guests.

DAY 1 –
Arrive in the afternoon to your lovely boutique hotel in Yountville. Settle in to your well appointed room and then meet at the bar for a casual welcome reception with drinks and hors d’oeuvres with Mrs. Wonderful and friends. Then, be whisked off to dinner at one of Napa’s best restaurants. Mrs. Wonderful will arrange for a custom meal and all wines will be hand selected by Mrs. Wonderful’s staff. After this grand evening you will be transported back to the hotel to enjoy a restful nights sleep.

DAY 2 –
On your own for breakfast (we can give you lots of ideas) and then be ready mid-morning when you will be taken to an elegant and exclusive winery for a tasting experience that blends old world with the new and is sure to be spectacular.

After this premium tasting you will be transported to a delightful lunch where all the wines will be handpicked for our group by the chef and our staff. Fun filled conversation and great food and wine is sure to be a most memorable time. After lunch you can explore..... walk, shop and enjoy the charm and slow pace of this lovely town. Then back to the hotel .

You are on your own for dinner, we can suggest some fabulous places to go and even arrange transportation if you would like to dine in another town. There are restaurants in Yountville which you can walk to and the hotel has a fabulous restaurant as well. So the world is yours. Sleep well for the next day we will be transported to a beautiful and elegant tour in Rutherford at a winery and olive oil mill.

DAY 3 –
Breakfast on your own. Early departure to a spectacular winery and olive oil mill where we will experience wine, amuse bouche, olive oils and exceptional beauty. This excursion is the perfect ending to our wonderful tour. You will then be transported to the shuttle that will take you to the airport or back to the hotel or your rental car. You can also choose to extend another night at the hotel. Mrs. Wonderful and her staff will work with you to make your travel plans easy and timely.

LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This tour does not include airfare or your initial and final transportation to and from the villa.
If you would like us to assist you with your travel plans to Napa and/or to the villa, let us know and we will gladly arrange your travel plans.
The $500.00 per person deposit is fully refundable until 40 days before the tour, if you need to cancel your trip for any reason.
The remaining balance of $1,450 per person after deposit is due by 30 days before the tour, 2017.
After December 15, final payment is non-refundable.
In the event that the tour must be cancelled, WonderfulWorld LLC’s only obligation is to refund all monies collected from the client for this tour.
Please note that some of the suites are only accessible by staircase. These tours are a medium activity tour and there is a lot of walking on the tours so please make sure you plan accordingly and have comfortable footwear.
This itinerary is subject to change depending upon availability. Any changes will be of comparable setting and value. Any and all changes are at the sole discretion of Wonderful World LLC and Mrs. Wonderful.
Wonderful World LLC can not guarantee to accommodate any allergies, dietary needs, or restrictions.

Wonderful World LLC assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident,
delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any
defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; (3) any
wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under Wonderful World’s control. You hereby release Wonderful World
LLC from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.
